Baking has been a passion of hers from a very young age, and she has spent most of her life honing her baking skills. Over time, Charity began developing her own recipes and experimenting with different mediums, such as the more unusual chocolate transfer sheets, wafer paper, and of course the more traditional fondant and buttercream. Charity  also has made available a Home Catering range for those living in her locality, providing some easy options for hostessing parties and coffee mornings. American by birth, Charity has spent nearly her whole life in England, yet took many, many trips back to the States. As such, she has a unique perspective on both British and American cooking and baking styles, and is happy to make both available to you!
